Archer/Hunter Help [Freedom] 112 lvl build plzplz

Hi, I’ve mainly only played with sharshooter builds, but I’m open to other builds. I’d like to make a build with [Freedom] or [Epoch] (regular). For off‑hand, I have [The Heart] and [Stinger].
I have enough budget; maybe I even already have some items, since I’m trying to put together builds from the guide [/threads/duats-fruma-builds.225306/] in the [My Main Builds] section.

Sorry if I wrote something incorrectly, I used a translator.
