(Question to CT) how are GEAR EQUIP REQs coded?

    In the past gear had to be put on in a proper order to meet the requirements. Otherwise, you couldn't even put the gear on your slots. It's been changed in the Fruma expansion so that gear may be put on regardless of if you meet the requirements or not (However you can't get any effects from the gear unless you meet the reqs.)

    How does the game figure out if a "proper" equip order exists? There's probably some sort of logic, but I'm kinda stupid. It probably doesn't check all 8! (40320) possible combinations.

    I'm not CT, but from observations it works as follows:
    For armour/equipment, each individual piece is valid if the assigned points+the ID points from the other 7 armour+equipment are high enough, and if it's own negative skillpoint ids don't make another piece invalid.

    For weapons, it's just assigned points+id ppints from the armor+accessories.
