What Guild Boost Actually Does

I have notice the lack of reliable information on guild boost while I was trying to find out what it does. Therefore, I shall post three lazily made in game screenshots on the effects of each level

Offline guests means that no member can be online and the housing can still be accessed

Replication tool is copy and paste, blueprint tool does something IDK

This is the basic information, hopefully someone updates the wiki.
BTW each level of guilds boost is 5 shares I think; I've only ever gone up to boost two on a guild with friends (so 15 shares for boost 3) and it expires in 2 weeks.
