Missing Promo items

my friend told me Wynncraft is having a promo or something for a flying mount and i pressed claim and put my minecraft username DormantFocus35 and i though i'd get the items but i didn't later i though i needed a account made one linked my account to it and i still didn't get the item and i'm just confused and have no idea that to do please help me resolve this
mind you i have the horse mount but i don't know if i need to finish a quest for it or not
