Archer/Hunter I am leveling crafting professions, any looting build suggestions?

I main archer, lvl 106 and I need truck loads of low rarity crafting ingredients to level my crafting professions but I am too poor to just buy everything from market.

Therefore, I need a looting build, preferably something that can plough through mob hordes fairly easily, with positive HP regen, no mythic.

I came up with something myself but I need someone to review and improve it or suggest entire better build:
