SPOILER After Apotheosis

What's up with the staircase and the locked door to the side of the raid keeper, and the door at the end of the staircase with the rune seal? Is this something we can actually progress or will it come with an update?
And what's up with the Wastelands? What sort of reason would we visit? And in the university library, the image of the sovereign there is covered. Hmmmmmmmm
And will there be quests about how Fruma recovers from the aftermath? surely Anathema can't just be defeated and it's happily ever after? And what about sovereign Two? And the war of the realms.

This has been me asking a bunch of questions, but I care the most about the stuff about the rune sealed door. If you might answer that would be cool.

 

All the bits and bobs of post apotheosis fruma are Wastelands, including the runic door (or so we've been told). Not sure 'bout the covered sovereign though. Maybe Oru? I'm not so sure Two will reappear in wastelands. Maybe in Dern?

The wastelands is still under the power of the Fruman Government (or what's left of it at any rate). So that's one thing. Also freeing those remaining in Deraj (Rurie and co. said themselves they couldn't catch 'em all). Get to the Changeling Tar Pits of the Wastelands and deal with those. When the revolution is complete by the formation of the new government, it might make sense to take the wastelands for safety reasons (after all the royal government "in-exile" would probably be run by Sov. Oru and might try their hand at retaking the fledgeling government). Or maybe Oru flips (unlikely) or runs away. All of this is speculation in case you couldn't tell lol.

 

Wastelands content doesn’t have to happen after Apotheosis, strictly speaking, so…
Also yeah the runic door is almost definitely the ultimate discovery, which we need the wastelands secret discoveries for

Or am I just imagining someone asking about post-apotheosis what happens to Zeph & co. and someone replied that'll be revealed in wastelands. After all, the Butterfly Effect comes after Blossom 0f Blades, no?
