Where do I claim my loot run endreward loot?

Im new to lootrunning, and kinda new to wynncraft as a whole. I just completed my best ever lootrun, and first ever 100 challange one too, with 349 pulls and 3 end reward sacrifices. I dont know where the chest went. I went to open it but as i did my internet connection cut out and i was kicked from the server the second the chest animation began. When i logged back in the chest didnt look like it usually does after a completed lootrun, and i couldnt open it only view the possible rewards.

 

That really sucks. This has happened to others before and due to Wynn's no refund policy, your rewards are indeed lost. I hope they find a solution to this issue.
