8th Recruit bonus horse is default brown not black?

I recently recruited my 8th friend to play the server but my reward was a Bay-Rich 560 potential horse instead of the Night-Black that is advertised.

Whats going on here? How can i get my correct horse. The whole reason i did any of them was for the black horse.

 

Must be a bug. You can submit a bug report by running /bug in-game. You may also want to email the support team to ask for a black-night horse. If you drop your username, I can give you a black-night horse since I have an extra.

 

That's probably an artifact that wasn't updated with the Mounts rework. The horse given is as powerful as the one you would have received prior to the Fruma Expansion, but if you want a black horse the most you could do is breed and hope for the best.

 

I made a bug report when i made this question. I dont know how long it takes usually but i havent heard back yet.

That does sound like the reward description is outdated after the mounts rework. Since the horse itself has the expected stats, it seems more like the cosmetic/color reward wasn't updated. Hopefully the bug report gets it sorted rather than requiring players to breed for the black variant.
