    Yes, Javier is a WASTE OF THIS EARTH, and, as per the Wiki, "Javier has the classic swashbuckler attitude, complete with giving his partners, who did most of the work, only 1 emerald for braving the high seas and sunken cities. He is a greedy little annoying person, and inadvertently sunk an entire city and caused a mansion to decay for years just for more treasure."
