Shaman/Skyseer Help Lvl 83 Summoner Build Request (Anything Goes)

Came back after a hiatus to try the new raids (it's been a long time) and I've lost a lot of my build knowledge. I like the Summoner class so anything tailored to it would be nice.

My current build is a Stifling Spores, Uranium Aegis, and a Rusted Roots poison build. Along with a Jester set.

I have a ton of LE so anything goes for the prices. I do have a full morph set that I acquired before I left so there's no need to recommend that. I'll wear it once I can equip stardust. This is just an interim build to help me during raids. You can even recommend stuff I can't wear as long as its not too high in level.
