    Wait. I feel like I read in the wiki long ago about some resistance against Ragni... from a now removed quest. Lemme see... Prison Story? idk the name but that sound right-ish

    Ding ding ding! That is correct! A very short, very old quest where a resistance was mentioned once by the prisoner and then never spoken about again!
