breezehands got no more hands

so I went and got a Breezehands for my strati build but after I purchased it and put it on it suddenly debuffed me like crazy whilst I wore it, i've tried relogging and like putting it in a menu or item pedestal to update it but it still has the same issue, whenever I put it on it makes all my skills go -999, and -9999 on damage, spell damage, walkspeed, etc.
although this is annoying, it does lead to some pretty funny screenshots

 

that because you have got a nother qira hive item on. when you have 2 qira items on like breezehands and something else it gives you negative stats

 

*Items from the same division. You can use an item from thunder hive, air hive, earth hive, etc together, but if you use items from the same division together you'll be hit with massive penalties.

thanks, they should really have a warning for that though and not just y'know, remove your stats

 

I think the hive servent outside the shop cave that Yansur tells you to talk to mentions it

 

imagine reading NPC dialogue, couldn't possibly be me. I just thought those 2 hive items were so powerful they tore a rift in reality and transferred my stats from real life.

 

I'm the kinda person that used all 15 minutes in off the rails

I don't know, but I'm sure some people just skip all the dialouge, and BeetleHawk did imply he doesn't read NPC dialouge so...

 

Is there a time limit? I definitely think I took much longer than that.

 

Figuring out the quest without any NPC instructions is a top 10 activity in Wynn.
And if I'm really stuck I can just go reread the dialogue I skipped in my content book.

 

So do you not care about the narrative or...?

NGL, when I pick another class (I'm thinking taking maybe a month hiatus from Wynn, then making a new class, probably Archer or Mage in recognition of those two being by first clases I made [though didn't complete]) I still feel like I'd talk to them all again. Especially Malic, he's the goat. Granted I'm also gonna have to do proffing and I think I want to try craftsman. I think I deraild this thread a touch no?

And abandon my cute little babies? I could never... My favorite horse has been with me through thick and thin. She's an old black who I fought tooth and nail with Readbeard to improve last Autumn. No way I'm giving her up for a purchased mount. My Middengard Wyrm has also grown on me since I got him, flying around Sky Islands and CoTL together.

Yes I am willing to throw my life away proffing for them, perhaps we have a slightly toxic relationship.
