savanna relic boots guardian

I've been searching these godforsaken desolate savannas for nearly 2 hours and I've yet to find a SINGLE RELIC GUARDIAN, were they removed in 2.2.1? is the "set spawnpoint" for them been changed to a completely different place that isn't anywhere near the savannas? I AM IRONMAN AND I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF THESE BOOTS, I NEED THESE BOOTS, I CANNOT JUST BUY THEM I NEED TO GET THEM NATURALLY AND CHESTS ARE TOO INCONSISTENT

i tried spamming /class in all the locations
i tried switching lobbies
i tried wandering around the entire savannas
i tried to stay in each spot for 5-10 minutes
i even put mob totems in each spot and nothing happened.

please help


at the very least i need confirmation if they are bugged

 

Hey, I have had the exact same issue and have been doing extensive research on the relic armor in general. The leggings one was easy to find in Nesaak, but I spent hours searching for the one that has boots, to no avail. But I just found it!

Go to a cave called "Lion's Lair" at [768, -2206]. In their is a wild maze of stuff, and you can find a variety of loot boxes, but in one of the hidden caverns, there is the relic guardian mob. It is quite difficult to explain exactly where it is, but I will do my best.

The coords for where you want to go are [749, 47, -2240]. Go down the cave as if you were trying to complete it normally. The y-axis is important here because you have to go pretty far in the cave to find it. Lean to the lefthand-side and try to get to the coords and you should find it. Have fun!

P.S. The frustration is real and all (trust me, I know), but please try not to curse in the forums.
