Warmer than Nesaak. Well, that rules out Nesaak itself, and Ice Canyon/Lusuco. Rymek/Almuj are too hot, the mountains behind Bremminglar have no quests. Mt. Wynn has little snow, and lotta lava. Troms and Dernel are jungles so I don't think it can be there. Nemract is a swamp, so probably very humif. So likely somewhere in the Wynn Plains except Nemract. Corrupted Villages seems to close to the Roots...
Idk, I just checked and the only quest I can think of with somethin cold is old Recover the Past with the ice.
This led me down a rabbit hole actually. So in old recover the past, Reynauld got arrested for not meeting his crop quota. He didn't meet his crop quota because

The Bandits hid the sceptre in the house right next to the cart that they ambushed you at. You did kill them, where the bandit leader dropped a note that revealed it's location. How stupid did they have to be to hide it right next to the decoy and bring a note with the real location to the ambush? If you ask me, they WERE stupid for being so arrogant with covering up the location and let's be honest, trying to fight you in the first place.
