Shaman/Skyseer help a returning player

heyy, can someone help me with a good shaman build please, i'm most of the time playing solo so something with good dps if possible (im lvl 120) and summoner archetype or maybe acolyte cause ritualist is too hard for me lol. Idk a lot about items and anything thats my first playthrough and i came back after 2 years, i have 6 stacks of LE budget so Sugo's build are way too expensive for now

sugo's build, replaced necklace so guild tome is not needed
replaced ascended olympic with normal olympic
you can get an olympic for a few stacks

 

what should i get instead of Diamond Steam Ring until i'm able to get one ? maybe raging wind ?
