clained the wyvern pack on my account and gf account and did not receive

As the total says. last night I logged into my wynncraft account and my girls account to claim the free pack. Both account have open inventories yet we did not receive them. I have tried messaging on the discord but do not know what to do. I am lvl 59 she is lvl 1

 

I have a similar issue.
I claimed the free pack before logging in. I logged in a few minutes later and noticed that I didn't get anything because my inventory was already full, I haven't thought about checking my inventory beforehand and thought that i would get a pop up in game to claim it anytime kinda like a crate anyway.

I hope it's still possible to get the wyvern by contacting the support. :/

 

you might need to play for a bit i clamed it and then only got it after playing for like 45mins
