Comment (if any): I was really disappointed to learn that there isn't really a way to make an ice snake mage, other than using tornado. I tried a really, really cursed skill tree that was 50% riftwalker and 50% lightbender in order to bypass the node, and it turns out that it was 100% bad. This actually does respectable damage and by respectable I mean if you squint really hard there's a brief flash before you've got your eyes fully closed where it seems okay. It does more damage than my (relatively tanky) fatal build, if you're only using ice snake. I chose not to use masterwork pure because I wanted to make this at least vaguely realistic.

 

If you teleport/main attack to get distortion the dps goes way up.

 

Yeah, I just listed the base. The actual tornado DPS is significantly higher than my fatal build's, but at the expense of everything else being a lot lower. I actually tried this one out, and did around 10% of the damage in NotG, which isn't terrible. It's not good, but it's not terrible either. I could probably do way better with a bit of practice (and also I did use meteor a lot less than I normally would in order to see how good the ice snake does was, which definitely hurt). Realistically, this build but with my normal skill tree would actually probably be pretty decent.

Still got Quake to 100k tho. 180k with lunatic mask and totem damage

Comment: This build has 4 max mana. Not mana regen. Max mana. You physically cannot spell cast, you have super slow attack speed, you deal zero damage because of Amulet of Rejuvenation, you have -294% walk speed, you are basically dead weight. I might have just made the most useless build in existence.

Comment (if any): I was pleased with how well these items synergize. 19 free skill points, so you could improve the dps or ehp, I chose dps.

Yeah, I was surprised at how usable this came out, ignoring the heal.

Lol. That was the original idea for the build; 0 heal lightbender. It just happened that a bunch of -healing efficiency items work really well for EA.

 

That doesn't sound very cursed... I'm sorry but I don't think I can help. There should be a lot of those builds floating around still, level cap only got increased very recently.
