Shaman/Skyseer Help safe summoner build help.

i have just returned to the game recently and started on a hardcore shaman summoner.
since it's been' years i played, i have no clue what's good and what's not anymore.
so if anyone has a "safe" build for a shaman summoner i would very much like to hear it.
i do want to avoid -HPR since i tend to leave the game on and don't wanna accidently die from forgetfulness.
currently i'm lvl 89 but hopefully i will be max within the end of next week, so item lvl's arent really all that important.
