Community Event [Winner Announced!] Battle of the Quests

Hey, I was the tiebreak for Off the Rails! Well, everyone was. But I voted for it without fully doing Apotheosis because the bosses sucked so bad for me that it just was not fun.

I will vote for The Missing Piece over Off the Rails, but that's a tough call.

 

Unless there's a tie, voting will close in 5.5 hours!

At last, the Battle of the Quests is over. The winner is none other than The Missing Piece!

The final round was extremely close, ultimately coming down to a single vote. I think this speaks to how incredible many of Fruma's quests were.

I want to thank everyone who participated, it really means a lot to me. It's because of you that this event was able to function properly!

Out of curiosity, are you thinking of a battle of the music bracket?

 

Nope. I've had that suggested to me a lot during my time on Wynn, but I don't think a battle of the music will work. There are too many songs to narrow down (unlike quests there's not a clear difference in quality between them) and I'm not sure how many people will remember each song off the top of their head.

 

You could do one song pair per day and link both songs. This would require a total number of days of polling equal to the total number of songs in the bracket minus one. It's probably infeasibly long if you feature every single song, but if you narrow down the categories (only quest songs, only Fruma songs, only area songs, a random mix you put together yourself, etc.) it might get more reasonable.
