Hello, there I'm SirKiddo, owner of Opus Maximus! I am here to announce our first
Wynncraft art contest! My guild has some level of experience in hosting art contests
as we have done so for other communities in the past, so without further ado lets get
into the rules and the prompt!

The theme is: Your favorite moment in fruma

The rules​

• If your art is just a junk submission to try and claim a prize, we wont enter it​
• We will not share your art to anyone but the judges (you are free to share your art)​
• The submission has to be one art piece, no albums​
• All art must be submitted to @miss.cactus on discord​
• AI Art is without question forbidden​
• You can only submit on one account​
• Late submissions won't be accepted​
• No NSFW Art​
• Only digitally drawn or handcrafted art (screenshots, music, etc won't be accepted)​

tl;dr: I'm suggesting to push the deadline back 1 day and change the deadline formatting like this "The deadline is June 19th O:OO UTC" ==> "The deadline is June 19th 11:59:59PM UTC".

It says the deadline is June 19th O:OO UTC, does this mean that we have up until "Thursday June 18th at 23:59:59 UTC plus one second", or "Friday June 19th at 23:59:59 UTC plus one second"? I think it's more intuitive to say "11:59:59PM" rather than saying "0:00 UTC" since it avoids the confusion around midnight being the next day. Additionally, for the day of the week, I think it makes more sense for the deadline to be the end of day on Friday rather than the end of day on Thursday just because school and many jobs have a workweek from Monday to Friday, and the end of day on Thursday feels to much like the middle of the week.

Although some of the world uses a 24 hour clock, I think it's easier for people who use a 24 hour clock to notice when a 12hour clock is being used than it is for people who use a 12 hour clock to notice a 24 hour clock in use due to the AM/PM suffix. And I think your 0:00UTC does somewhat address this problem, but may lead to confusion with people converting without paying attention. So, despite the 24 hour clock seemingly being more standardized, I still propose using a 12 hour AM/PM style for the inclusion of the prefix for extra clarity.
