    Hey everyone,

I recently came back to the game due to the Fruma update, and I'm really enjoying it so far, except for 2 things. One, I'm at lvl 111 with zero quests available, and grinding to lvl 112 has been painfully slow. This brings me to my next and more annoying issue.

I figured since the grind is going slow, I should put on some of my new gear I've been getting in Fruma, as I've been using my pre-Fruma gear the whole time so far. The only thing is, pretty much all the gear I'm getting takes too many skill points, and I'm maxed out at 200 skill points before any of the gear adds additional skill points when I put it on. So it's pretty much impossible for me to make a near gear set. I think my biggest issue is that I'm using the bow "Freedom," which requires 40 skill points in each category, which adds up to 200 skill points alone, and I'm stubborn and refuse to use any other bow. Regardless of this, though, I still can't even make a gear set with my new gear without exhausting all my skill points, even if I don't factor in the Freedom bow.

I've basically typed all this to simply ask: Is anyone else encountering similar problems when it comes to the new gear in the Fruma update? Or is this just a skill issue on my part?

Thanks to anyone who has any helpful insight or can just confirm if they're experiencing anything similar with the new gear!

    sorry dude, skill issue.

some armour and accessories give bonus skill points, which is not the same as bonus skill points from weapons. most mythic weapons have very high skillpoint requirements that require those skill point bonuses. take spring, for example, it has an int requirement of 120, but you can only assign a max of 100 points into any skill, so you'll need to make up for the 20 missing skillpoints with armour/accessories

As far as I'm aware, gear stops getting better at level 100. After that, it's just more build diversity. So, you do not need to use new Fruma gear.

I believe it does get stronger, just not as dramatically as earlier levels.

It does definitely feel like there are some pieces with some pretty crazy requirements, but yeah, if you're going with a rainbow mythic you've pretty much gotta use a rainbow gear. You can slap like one or two non-rainbow items, but only if you've got lots of stuff boosting your skill points.
