Since 2.1, I've been running a build of full Morph with a Cascade wand (weak Curse powder), full Lightbender (a little Riftwalker for Winded but that's no longer in my build, should I readd it). Combat strategy of spam main attack and Heal, Ice Snake when I remember to (and to trigger Crystallised damage). Spare skill points put in Intelligence. This has done okay with Fruma bosses, but they're very slow and I died twice to Syndra at sub-1m. So I have two questions:
    1. Is there a better wand than Cascade for a level 112 player in my situation?
    2. Can this wand be slow? Cascade is Super Fast and it is going to give me carpal tunnel.
(I'm still smarting from selling my Morph Topazes at an 80% discount and losing dozens of LE due to unawareness of price changes...)

Doesn't look like it. Are you comfortable with build making or switching to a tri or quad (if so, which elements) build if I could scrape one together for you/a non-rainbow wand that works with a rainbow build? At this point you can probably grab a decent build off of the le you get from Fruma quests.

The Fruma quest LE honestly isn't significant, for unspecified reasons and despite my poor business acumen in certain cases I happen to have 15 stacks in my bank.

That should be more than plenty to upgrade to a decent mythic build, may I suggest a lament?

It's pretty damn good for lightbender with fluid healing. It has great mana sustain but negative lifesteal, which you are meant to accommodate for with heal. Basically, your average water mythic

You could also just run full morph with singularity. Wouldn't require any other build changes, has a super slow attack speed, and is essentially just a straight upgrade to cascade. Only downside is cost and the negative walkspeed (morph counters it, but only barely, so you wouldn't be able to have more than like 5% positive walkspeed without tomes).
