Specific Entities Not Loading

I've been having a problem for about a week now where specific entities won't load in correctly or at all. I've been trying to do the secret discoveries in Llevigar Plains and I've gotten stuck on Teachings of Old and At the Edge of Decay thanks to this problem. I am completely unable to pick up the item rewarded after the fishing mini game in Teachings of Old and the map for Edge of Decay simply doesn't appear making it impossible to fill in the blank spots.
I'm running the game using the prism launcher on arch linux and I have the wynntils mod installed. Nothing has changed with the way I'm running the game prior to these issues occurring.

have you tried just /class? might help to reload the entities in your area

 

/class sometimes works here.
