Scrolls and potions

I wanted to use some scrolls as consumables along side potions. but they seem to stack togheter and i cant get to the scroll untill i use all the potions, is there smth i can do to atleast like select which consumable ill use ? Or do i have to sarcafice potions for scrolls?

 

You can only have 30 healing consumables at any given time. The order is... honestly I have no idea. You can't skip to whatever you want to use though, unless you remove the things before it.
