Why Can't I Use My Horse Now?

    I've been away for a long time and now for some reason I can't spawn my horse unless its in an
    "enclosure." What does that mean? Can I basically never spawn my horse now unless I'm in a town?

    You have to put your horse (or any other mount) in an enclosure, which are structures that are located in several cities. There's one Ternaves, which is probably the easiest to use.

    You need to put mounts into enclosures to use them now, enclosures are also for breeding and feeding mounts. Horse enclosures are in Ternaves.
