So this is probably going to sound ridiculous, but though I am aware that sharp reigns supreme, the introduction of feedback loop into bolt's kit has made me more interested in playing it that ever. I already have what I think is a pretty good build (Gale's Force) on pre-Fruma boltslinger, but there I think it's time I upgraded to a mythic. Therefore I intend to use Sratiformis, as it looks like it fits my playstyle and the masterwork varient was recently released.

    The stats I'm looking for
    1st and 4th spell cost
Air damage % (ideal) and raw
mana regen and mana steal (probably some mixed mana overall)
Super slow to slow attack speed

This build is entirely focused on arrow storm, transcience looks like enough to ignore arrow bomb. The cycle would likely be 4-1-1, with a melee mixed in somewhere.
I was probably going to go for this tree, though homing shots is good for flint arrows and mana steal, bosses are big enough that I can reliably land 2-3 arrows and I don't want to waste the ap just for fodder mobs.

My main struggles with buildmaking is finding items that provide mana steal (opposed to the original full reliance on mana regen) and enough SP with an ETWA, or if necessary an EWA or TWA build to reach the agi reqs on Stratisformis, as I've been struggling to reach that point on my own.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Looks alright for what you're aiming for. What I am about to send is also just... alright.
I feel like in a spell oriented bolt build, it's usually better to build for a cycle involving storm bomb because of how much Divine Intervention affects your DPS.
    First one:
    https://wynnbuilder-beta.github.io/builder/#CT0ytmvGmX3X7G866eGH7QdWtqYYBzZtFk7z1Ed0
    (Also, I helped you re-powder for t7).
You can definitely build for a lot more damage, and I don't think you would need this much sustain because Arrow Storm now refunds quite a good mount of mana (5.12 mana), not counting Feedback Loop, if all arrows from the storm hits the ground. It's less in practice, but it still cuts down on the cost of Arrow Storm. If you want more damage, using Revenant can push the damage even higher.
What I heard is interesting for Ascended Stratiformis is that it can be decent for hybrid, which is what I did here:

You can definitely build more damage with this one too, and it's likely not practical at all. I mostly just wanted to see if the damage is worth it by Leap spamming with Courier's Edict while also making it a hybrid build.

Ah, I didn't realise Transience also triggered recycling, thank you for telling me. I took Fierce stomp mainly since fierce stomp is cheaper than Shrapnel and the build is likely to rarely, if ever cast bomb. I am aware that the damage could stand to be upped and the sustain is 100% excessive but it looks like a 25% damage increase from my previous build. Once I get my Archer through Fruma I'll tweak it where I think it needs tweaking.
