Daily crate refresh rate?

How often do daily crates refresh? Is there a set time each day or is it based off of when you last received one, similar to daily rewards? I haven't been able to get a new crate in at least 2 days now.

Update to this; after a bit of digging, I found that the reset time should be 1:00 am in my time zone. It's currently around 9:30 pm, and the crate just refreshed for me. Could this be a bug of some kind?
