Mage/Dark Wizard Is this Arcanist build good

I cannot affort a guild tome, so I use Royal Stormy Amulet to replace Reckoning from this Quetzalcoatl build.

I have Predposledni for teleport, and trying to get a Bonder for healing. Im pondering on whether I should work on Reckoning, or this build is fine yet. I am also worrying on this low hp
