Lvl 103 here. I’m trying to get through the eldritch outlook to do A Hunter’s Calling, but my gear just isn’t up to scratch. Normally I’d just wait until I level up and unlock better items, but that isn’t really an option here, is it?

I’ve been after a good build and upgraded by bow, but I don’t have the time to make one myself and all the suggestions online either aren’t for my specifics, or don’t agree with each other at all.

If anyone could help me with finding good gear, it would be greatly appreciated!

Cant post a wynnbuilder link so please just put this after ‘builder’

I would rather the ability tree isn’t modified if possible, and I would also rather no crafted items.

I’m broke at the moment, but I don’t think it’d be too hard to grind for a load of liquid emeralds.

    Thanks!

I know you specifically mentioned not to modify the ability tree, but I feel like that's too much branching. The abilities of each archetype get stronger the further you move down the ability tree. For example, Boltslinger gets Divine Intervention which significantly boosts the damage of Guardian Angels. Trapper gets more traps, Grape Bomb, and Bouncing Bomb, which help with getting lots of AOE and damage. Sharpshooter gives you more focus with melee and spell support depending on your build. This is not to say that branching is bad (most builds have some form of branching), it's just that branching might be better when your ability tree is already leaning towards one archetype.

If you don't want to change your build too much, I would suggest using Torrential Tide for the weapon instead and focus on spell Sharpshooter or Boltslinger in the ability tree. If you don't mind changing the entire build, the Anthracite Ballista build in Sugo's thread is also good, but I would change Runebound Chains to something like Dionaea or Dizzy Spell because Runebound might be too expensive. I think the Anthracite Ballista build was what I used to clear A Hunter's Calling, which had some difficult fights as well.

You could always create a party on pfinder if you are still struggling on any of these content.

Cacticanyon is right. Continue using morph and try each archetype without too much branching. You can find builds to look at the trees. Based on the playstyle you like most you can invest in a build upgrade.
