Shaman/Skyseer Help Sugo Immolation Summoner Build

Hi Guys!
I recently came back to wynn after quite a long break.
I looked up Sugo Mythic build thread and wanted to try the immolation Summoner build.

The problem is that i don't think its possible to equip all the pieces, whenever i equip as the order suggests the pants give me -STR and unequip the boots, same with Rings, they require +40 str, and the build has total -70 str on gear.
Is there some sort of a trick to equip this or is the build incorrect?

I was in the process of updating your build for Fruma because the Conq. Skies set's skill points bonus is being nerfed so I was removing the Str req from the build but I realised is it really worth using the set with Immo anyway? If you wanted to I'd powder t6w6w6. You should at least use Curse or Courage.
