Bob’s Lost Soul – Unable to Obtain Depressing Spear

Quest: Bob’s Lost Soul

While completing the quest Bob’s Lost Soul, I encountered an issue at the final stage.

The quest requires obtaining the Depressing Spear, but I am unable to receive the item. I have followed the intended quest steps, checked guides, and spent more than two hours attempting to resolve the issue. The item does not appear and progression is blocked.

Because of this, I cannot complete the quest or continue further gameplay.

Please investigate this issue and assist with resolving it or provide the required item if possible.

 

You can also buy one off of the trade market or get them from low level mobs

Yes, I can buy a spear. BUT for the quest, I need a non-tradable item.

 

Unless that's changed recently, I don't believe that is the case. Depressing weapons have, as far as I am aware at any rate, always been tradable.
