soloed grootslang boss at level 67

I have no idea if this is really as impressive as it felt for me given that this is only my 3rd ever time doing this raid, but I just managed to pretty much solo the grootslang boss at level 67 as all of my level 105 team mates died within the first 20 seconds (no shades thrown tho)

is this supposed to be normal? I had a couple of close calls but it wasn't really all that difficult overall​

I was wearing this which might explain how I was able to survive if Grootslang does mostly elemental damage?
