Archer/Hunter Help I keep dying and need a better build.

Ok so I'm mostly having trouble doing some quests solo because i keep dying, anyone have a good lv 85 boltslinger torrential tide build? I've also got 174 skill points right now.

archer especially bolt is not really a tanky class, but since bolt is more about spamming arrows, this build uses more spell cost reduc so u can spellspam more frequently
