Archer/Hunter strati bolt build

cant afford moontower (mega thread only has moontower builds and its like 5stacks)
pls help me

 

This is one that I sometimes use. It doesn't do the most damage, but I think it's nice all around. I left out the rings because you can pretty much use anything (e.g. Yang, Ingress, Diamond Steam). The tree is inspired.

Third Eye was the most expensive piece in this build last time I checked.

 

would suggest avoiding stratiformis if you cannot afford a moontower, it's not a good weapon
