You can replace Obsidian-Framed Helmet or Lost Seconds if you want even more walk speed but I've found this fine for TNA.

 

Ooo, this looks nice. I haven't really tried hmelee with Double Vision, but it looks a lot more fun. It's so hard to find a good Impossibility Threshold though even on trade market ;-;, but the walk speed definitely makes a big difference. Will definitely try this out later.

Don't worry, I already got a few myself. I just wanted one that had good melee and walk speed. Although, I did find the melee range to be quite important too because I lose focus sometimes from being too far. Axiom's MID also doesn't help with that problem lol. Right now, I have one with good melee and melee range with manageable walk speed, and I've been having a lot of fun. Thank you for the build and offer though :D.

If I'm not mistaken, Weathered isn't Meta, and unless something changes, can't be, as it is outclassed by oblivion and nirvana.

However, if you are willing to look on the literal first page of this thread under the assassin and Weathered tabs, there will be a build labeled "Weathered shadestepper noncrafted" with a mana sustain varient.

While it may not be the best possible shadestepper build you can use, based on your requirements it should be about the best you can get.

 

shade has bad synergy with raids bc vanish is selfish (you use vanish to pass aggro off to your teammates), and requires setup, during which your teammates might've just clapped whatever enemy (maybe beneficial against boss but poor pre-boss challenge synergy is still poor synergy)

despite being bad for group content, i'd still recommend shade though, it's absolutely the best solo archetype imo, maybe exception for fallen? i'd personally recommend this build from a couple updates ago. it has less backstab damage than either non-crafted builds from the thread, but offers (imo) better qol (195% ws, some hpr, hybrid melee/spell damage, and still has enough mana sustain from abilities), while still having enough damage for all solo content. just have to note that this isn't the kind of build you spam spells with, and requires very deliberate setup for peak damage
