help with quest wynnexcavation site D, shadow amadel

can anyone help me, I've been struggling on shadow amadel. like its impossible to kill him. I almost can't see him, I get pushed an pulled by his minions, I CANT even kill his minions/clones. he keeps jumping in the air making it even harder to spot him because he lands in the middle of his minions, and he keeps regenerating to max health like every 20 seconds. its not the fact that he keeps killing me, its the fact that I run out of health potions after like 20 minutes of fighting, and every time I die I have to do the quest all over again. anyways im archer with a boltslinger archetype. im level 70 and use maelstrom.

 

not sure if you still need help but gonna assume so anyway.

maybe give trapper a try for the fight, you can always switch back to bolt after. i havent had to fight amadel on-level as archer for a good long time so i can't share my experience, but i would imagine the area coverage that trapper's traps offer to be quite beneficial in the fight. furthermore if you can kite the boss, you can just let your traps build up damage before leading him into them for damage payoff. though maybe its also easier to just spam bombs at him, idk

if all else fails, ask for help in wynncord or make a partyfinder listing asking for help, surely theres people willing to help
