Returning player doesn't have any saved progress or rank

I don't entirely know where to post this on the forums but this seems like the best place. I have all the receipts for ranks and the username I used in 2017. I just logged back on for the first time in years and I tried to do some digging about if the servers got reset or something since I didn't have my character save or rank. I'm honestly just trying to see if its a username link thing because I have changed my MC username since 2017. I'm just trying to get what I paid for back onto my account if that is possible. I can provide whatever is needed receipt, username and email wise.

 

I'm pretty sure the best way to do this is to send an email to [email protected] with your info. They can transfer your rank.
