3 Free Festival Crates Not Showing Up

    I claimed the 3 free festival crates, clicked the link and checked out but I'm still not showing the crates in my inventory. Is there another way to access and open those Festival crates or is this a bug? Any suggestion or help would be great, thank you in advance!

    try /crates
    or navigating to your crate menu via:
    compass > store > your items (bottom right corner) > crates
