Blizzard Crate issue

A few minutes ago, I completed the guild mission and did not receive any 'Blizzard crate.' Also, I had purchased the 'Silverbull share' to receive double the crates. After thinking about it for a bit, I realized that the bug was that the 'Detlas' city had not yet been updated for the 'Blizzard' event, which is why I wasn't able to get the 2 'Blizzard Crates T2.

Could be possible to get a "refund" and give me the 2 Blizzard Crates T2?

 

Normally the festival is made in such a way that it rewards the crates when you join during the festival for the first time, if you did the weekly mission before. So first thing i would try is join a world that does have the festival active and see if they are rewarded. If not, it seems you found an edge case, and this turns into a bug report, lol.

Either way, no refund policy still applies, since it's not a store purchase.
