Account Ban by Microsoft but MC Username Recovered

Hi all, just had a quick question I probably should've asked a while back. Back in May of this year my Microsoft account was permanently suspended by Microsoft since it had been hacked and the hacker kept resetting my password while MS support twiddled their thumbs.

The hacker changed my old acc's username before the account was suspended allowing me to use the same username for my new account.

All of my old account's characters and stats remain on the Stats page here and while I'd love to somehow get my stuff back, I've had a few months to get over it if that's not possible. I mainly wanted to see if there were going to be problems somewhere with having two different accounts with the exact same name. From what I remember, the old account is permanently stuck in my old Guild due to how Guild membership is handled but I didn't know if I'd run into any other problems.

 

If you have proof of buying a rank, you can get that back. Otherwise, your gear and progress is lost, sadly.

 

Interesting. All those Tebex order confirmation emails might come in handy. Kinda figured I was out of luck in regard to my stuff but, aside from the cosmetics and a few legacy items, nothing that I can't easily replace.
