fixing minimum level for objectives

    hi! I am a bigginer wynncraft player from japan.
    Now, I am facing to one problem.
    I had "complete 4 lootruns" as a weekly objective. But my pressent level is 81. I have to increase it to 89 at least to start lootrun. So, I cant complete my weekly pbjective.
    I want do that because spirit festival is held now.
    So, please give the objective about lootruns only to player whose level is more than 90.
