About Total Completion

I’m trying to 100% complete all missions including gatherings, quests, caves, etc. but I noticed some quests aren’t showing up in the quest book.

For example, in the level 1–15 range there should be 127 quests, but I’ve only got 117 even though I’ve finished everything (including gathering and misc tasks). Seems like other level ranges have missing ones too.

Does anyone know why some quests don’t appear or if they’ve been removed/hidden?

world events don't count as quests, I do know some quests were revamped like the cake one, but also make sure to use /fixquests, as that can solve some headaches. Are you max level, cause some quests are indeed hidden unless you complete other quests or reach a certain level. Another thing is secret discoveries, I know some quests are tied to those as well.
