Shaman/Skyseer Reso+Abso=Reso

I made reso build(offhand;abso).
I think this build has some areas for improvement.
Someone needs to improve this. For better EHP and DPS.

I think that's pretty optimised for the dmg : ehp : mana sustain already, tried some combos but can't see any more optimal setups without sacrificing the abso dual wield, will check more later and get back to you
