Getting to Thesead

Heya, am doing hearthflame hunt and lighting the bonfires
i am currently lvl 60 and have never been to thesead, or past cinfras for that matter
what is the best/safest route to get from cinfras to thesead for the first time

 

what class?

 

It's east of Cinfras in the canyon of the lost, a level 80 area. I don't Know if I'd recommend doing it at your level, but if you have high mobility, like on mage or warrior, you can try to stay on the mountain peaks.

This tip goes for all other classes, as the peaks are the safest, but other classes will have a harder time doing so, especially shaman.

 

i would personally recommend switching to a build or archetype with high mobility/high survivability.

Mage would be easiest, but if you struggle with teleport flying I'd recommend modifying your tree to have blink if you don't have it already.

Warrior will be the easiest to stay on the mountains with, but hardest to actually get onto those mountains in the first place. I would recommend adding Whirlwind Strike for vertical movement.

Archer: not bad, actually. You can escape or storm-escape/grappling hook onto practically any mountain and you can use Crep Ray to fly at various points. However, switching to a build with high defense/not being boltslinger is advisable.

Assassin: Either choose shadow travel or acrobat

Shaman: Ritualist. Just Ritualist.

Am Shaman (Ritualist), this is my first/main character and i want to complete this playthrough before switching classes
Just ran through the valley with heretic mask speed, went around the mountain by the gate to get to thesead
Didnt have enough for a tp scroll so i guess i'm doing this again when i get to lvl 80

 

well after you complete a certain quest it unlocks a teleport from Cinfras to Thesead (one way)
