One of my Banks is Empty

I use to play Wynncraft off and on quite a long time ago. I remember being fairly high level at the time but its been probably 5-7 years since I actually went back into things. I got back on with some old friends and started a new character, everything was fun then I logged onto my old characters. level 54 mage and 47 Archer. I know not that high now but back then it seemed higher since maxed level was a lot lower. I was looking through the banks and my archer and that bank was put onto the global bank which I thought was weird but didn't mind. The issue occurred when I logged onto my mage. I remember using the archer to help fund the horse which was a white one and I had some LE left over. Most of my stuff I put in the bank and since mage had a dash I had my horse and emeralds in bank. Since the conversing of banks into global banks, my items I saved from my mage class is gone. No scrolls from every town, no horse, no emeralds in bank at all. Everything I stored and gathered with my friends from back in the day was gone. Was wondering if this was a normal issue or one off. I tried to do some things with the different classes but it was bad not even being able to identify items since I had 0 emeralds on my mage. I ended up just playing a new character the past 3 days and its already higher with all the bonuses and changes made. Felt like since I had no money to do anything starting over was the best option. Also since both my characters ended up in the tutorial and I couldn't skip it due to "to much progress" even though I didn't even move. Would like to know if anyone else experienced something similar if they were an old player and came back after many years.

 

have you tried pressing the "class bank" button at the bottom?

 

The account storage has all my items from my archer class mainly quest items. The character storage on both are empty. So the items I remember from my mage at the time are missing. I also had 2 other level 18 and 24 different class characters with the same issue of having all of their items gone but I just deleted them since they were low enough to not worry about it. Levels of the other two are estimates on them since I already deleted them and can't confirm exact levels.

Had 4 accounts with banks, only one bank saved and is in the account storage, the other banks are empty. It was a long time ago so I don't think I'll get them back just wanted to know if it was the bank update or something else that caused the issue. Out of the banks that saved it was the one without my LE's and White horse that got converted into my account bank while the others were wiped clean. That's the gist of what happened.

 

but before this update, there were no seperate banks for classes? unless i am mistaken, each class had the same "bank"

 

Yeah, the reason why those banks are empty is because those banks didn't exist before 2.1

 

there was only one bank before 2023 or whenever it was added it.
