Beginner player Mage Heal problem

Hello, im a new player to wynncraft, and i play mage. i had the heal spell unlocked but ever since i unlocked mana bank, when i do the heal combo (left-right-left) it only replenishes my mana and doesn't heal. Is it designed like that? Or am i missing something. please help. thank you

 

Arcane Transfer replaces your ability to heal with mana restoration via the mana bank it gives you.
Make sure to read the descriptions of abilities before you unlock them.
