i cant gain xp or use health pots

I've killed mobs around my level and don't get xp from it even though it says I am. I've heard of turning off guild xp, but I'm not in a guild. And someone said to turn experience gain on, but I don't know how.

Plus, when I try using health pots, it says I'm at full health even though I'm not.

 

update wynntils or disable it

you are gaining xp, its blocking you from using pots
