i got lost

    i did kinda much already and just gecognized that here exists fast travel. can you tell me name of quest that opening fast travel. i can't find it

    Can you specify...? What fast travel are you looking for? There's a whole bunch of ones locked behind quests.

    at least first one at ragni. i can't find quest to open it

    Tunnel Trouble, (fast travel between Ragni and Detlas) starts outside Detlas

    There's also
    Supply and Delivery, (fast travel between Alekin and Detlas) starts inside Detlas
    which gets you close to Ragni
