    Hello Proffers!
I'm sure if you've ever taken up proffing and gotten to certain milestones, you've probably heard a thing or two about certain "resource mines" where you can find certain resources! You may have even heard that these mines will give you a 50% xp bonus while you're in them! But how do we keep track of all the resource tunnels there are???

For the past few months as I've been proffing, I've only found these areas through word of mouth or personal exploration, and there's hardly any forums post or wiki page out there unifying them all under a common alias like "resource tunnels" or anything, so my goal here is to put them all in one place!

Upon doing a bit of research however, I did find an old thread from a few years ago which attempted to address this, that you may want to check out as well! Here's the thread!

Without further ado, let's get into it!

    -------------------------------------------------------

What is a "Resource Tunnel / Mine / Sanctuary"?
Now, you may be thinking to yourself, "Pear, what would you consider a resource tunnel or whatever it is???" And to that I answer; A Resource Tunnel/Mine/Sanctuary is defined by the presence of "inspiration" or in other words, a Gathering XP bonus of 50%, and they all are Mob-Free, which means no one (other than Hunters) will try to attack you as you gather! Each of these areas that I intend to showcase have this; you step into an area and it gives you this bonus for as long as you are within this enclosed area, which is why they're so useful! I'll be showing these areas in level order, so the lower level areas will be at the top, and the higher level areas will be at the bottom, enjoy!

    Classification: Resource Mine
    Gathering Type: MINING
    Levels: Gold(20), Iron(40), Silver(50)
    Coordinates: -1666 78 -4325
Requirements: Rise of the Quartron (Quest)
    Entrance Fee: NA
In order to enter you must mine the Gravel(10) blocking the entrance at the end of Rise of the Quartron. You will immediately obtain the gathering buff as soon as you enter, there are 3 relatively small mining areas with each of the different ores you can find in this mine. There is no time limit and you can come and go as you please, although the nearest blacksmith is relatively far and there are no level 30 nodes, so for levels 30-39 you may need to find a spot outside of the mine., and there aren't many SIlver nodes within the mine, so typically I just use this mine for Iron.
    Nodes: Gold: 10 | Iron: 11 | Silver: 5
    Classification: Resource Tunnel
Gathering Types: FISHING | MINING | FARMING
    Levels: Piranha(50) | Silver(50), Cobalt(60) | Rye(50), Millet(60)
    Coordinates: -2045 57 -5389
Requirements: Realm of Light I - The Worm Holes (Quest)
    Entrance Fee: NA
The Forgotten Burrows, better known as the Light Resource Tunnel, is a resource mine that most people know of I believe. However, unlike the Quarry and the Voidstone Sanctuary, while you recieve the buff immediately upon entering, there is also an area where you can step into should you log off inside the tunnel and need to recieve the buff once more. This is a very useful tunnel for all sorts of things, but I suppose I personally wouldn't use it for mining, in fact I've only really used it for farming. Until making this post, I hadn't even explored enough to know there were fish or ores here so I guess you learn something new every day!

    Classification: Resource Mine
    Gathering Types: FISHING | MINING
    Levels: Molten Eel(90) | Diamond(80), Molten(90), Voidstone(100)
    Coordinates: 1540 62 -5340
Requirements: Dwarves and Doguns Part III
    Entrance Fee: 16EB (1024E)
The Maex Mines is a really great place to level mining and fishing at a higher level, and much like the Light Tunnels there's an inspiration area you can step into to recieve the buff again should it be removed from you for whatever reason. I personally used this a lot during my level 90 escapades with fishing and mining, although as you well know, be very careful when mining molten eel as you may fall into the lava and find yourself on fire. There are a bunch of diamond nodes as well, and a few hidden voidstone nodes if you dare to venture far enough. I will say this is my favorite mine, and its archetecture is just incredibly beautiful in my opinion. It's a fun place to just roam around! The downside however, is that there is no blacksmith within the mine, and while you can always leave and go to the Maex blacksmith, it does cost 16EB each time you want to enter so it is a bit of a pain.
    Nodes: Molten Eel: 30 | Diamond: 20 | Molten: 29 | Voidstone: 3

    Classification: Resource Sanctuary
    Gathering Types: MINING | FARMING
    Levels: Voidstone(100) | Voidgloom(105)
    Coordinates: 14072 125 -4237
Requirements: A Thousand Meters Under (Quest) for access to the void
Entrance Fee: 1 Charge of a Voidsoaked Quartz
The Voidstone sanctuary has a completely different feel from the others. When you enter, not only does it give you +50% Gathering XP, but also +50% Walkspeed and +4 Jump Height! There is a 20 minute timer once you enter the sanctuary, and once that runs out you will be kicked out and will have to reenter, and to make the most use of your time I'd recommend having a fully repaired tool when you enter and repair it when you leave. The cost of this one is also unique, in order to enter you need to use up a charge of a Voidsoaked Quartz, which has 3 charges initially. You can obtain these occasionally by giving voidglooms to the nearby Hoarder, although it can also give other items. I think it's a fun way to gather voidstone, although unfortunately I had only discovered it once I was halfway to mining 109 so I didn't use it for long.
    Nodes: Voidstone: 51 | Voidgloom: 4

    Notes
    - It's color coded, light blue for fishing, dark blue for mining, and purple for farming!
    - I counted these nodes myself, and I noticed some of my counts differed from the wiki even after double and tripple checking
    - The Voidstone Sanctuary does have 5 Voidgloom nodes, however when I was counting one of them was invisible and I was unsure if it was harvestable, so I counted it as 4 instead.

    -------------------------------------------------------

    Enjoy!
If you have any questions, changes, updates, or things for me to add please let me know! These are the resource areas I know of, but I do hope there are more, so if I missed any please do share!

    Guide's good but
this links to the abandoned fandom wiki. Wiki.gg is the official wiki that is and will be more updated as time goes on.

I would, however there is no wiki page for it on that wiki, this is the only resource I could find, and seeing as it’s currently relatively accurate, I don’t intend on removing it as it could still be helpful! If you do happen to find an updated link however, I’d love for you to send it my way! Thanks so much :D
