Quest Permanently Locked?

    I was in the middle of the 1,000 Meters Under quest where I had made my way to the void island but then I used a teleport scroll to get back to a city and now that I want to continue the quest I can't seem to find a way to get back the void. Is there anything I can do or am I just permanently stuck now? Like can I be teleported there somehow or get the quest restarted or anything?
